Pony Club coaching has been busy since our season finished in May. The level of interest from Pony Club’s has increased this year. We have managed to get coaches to 16 individual Pony Clubs, some up to 4 times, and have bookings into 2023.
There has also been a great deal of interest from them to have a
“PONY CLUB POLOCROSSE CHALLENGE” at selected tournaments next year.
There are still Pony Clubs that we haven’t been able to get unfortunately. Anyone who has a few hours to spare on a Sunday please get in touch with me. I am trying to organise Pony Club’s that are in each coaches area, to make the commitment as easy as possible.
A huge thank you to all of the following people who have volunteered so far: Sarah Sewell, Bill Rolf, Jai Raj, Matt Morgan, Steve Smith, Pat McMahon, Amy Hart, Remi Gray and myself. We have all been to Pony Clubs and the feedback has been really great. I especially want to acknowledge and congratulate them for representing Polocrosse so well.
The Pony Clubs we have been to are: Kyneton, Williamstown, Rokewood, Smythsdale, Dunolly, Bendigo, Donald, Beaufort, St Arnaud, Ararat, Charlton, Invergorden, Maldonado, Leighdale, Tarwin Lower and Monash.
Others who have volunteered so far and have upcoming bookings are: Amy Hope, Georgina Spicer, Kate Richards, Brian Romanis and Andy Forbes.
