Polocrosse Victoria will be holding their AGM as follows:
Date: 10th November 2019
Time: 1pm
Venue: Oscars Hotel, Garden Room, 18 Doveton St South, Ballarat
Nominations are called for the following positions:
President
State Director of Umpiring
Committee of Management x (3)
Nominations are required to be forwarded on the attached nomination form and emailed to the Secretary no later than close of business Monday 14th October 2019.
Nominations are also required for other roles not classed as officers of the association or ordinary members of the committee. These roles being:
State Director of Coaching
Youth Development Officer
State Grading Officer
Horse Welfare Officer
Promotions/Media Officer
Please note the same criteria and deadlines apply to these roles also.
Motions from clubs are required to be in writing and forwarded to the Secretary no later than close of business Monday 28th October 2019. A general meeting will be conducted directly after the AGM to discuss any items club delegates may have not relevant to the AGM. Calendar dates for 2020 will also be discussed at this meeting.
